At Luxe Lav, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on how we handle your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days of being placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and availability.
Since we work with a manufacturer located out of state, please note that order fulfillment may take additional time, especially during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes between 7–14 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery options, which usually take between 7–10 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and external factors like weather or holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and the selected shipping method.
We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Delays & Issues with Shipping
Luxe Lav is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including those resulting from weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the quick processing times, we may not be able to accommodate changes once the order has been fulfilled and shipped by our manufacturer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Luxe Lav is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivery, but you did not receive the package, please contact your local carrier or shipping service for further assistance.

9. Returns Due to Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return or exchange within the allowed time frame. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of any damage as this will be necessary for claims.
Thank you so much for shopping with us! Please note that all of our orders are pre-ordered and made just for you to ensure the best quality and care. Production typically takes 7-14 days, and once your order arrives to our warehouse we will ship it same day and it’ll be on its way to you!
