If the sizing is incorrect or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

With no damage to the box or packaging

How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return or refund, please contact us via email at luxelavshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Items returned after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Any items that do not meet the conditions listed above will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
